At 1 meter long with a stinger the size of a light bulb, brontoscorpio was a predator, feeding on jawlesss fish like cephalapsis. It was a predator, but not the top. As brontoscorpio was prey for animals like pterygotus, a 6 meter long ambush predator.

It was one of the first animals to take the first steps onto land.
