Broccoli was first introduced to the U.S.A by italian immagrints, but did not become very famous until the 1920's. Broccoli also helps a lot, with constipation, because it has a lot of fiber. Sometimes people call it, miniture trees.broccli is usally green.The part that looks like a tree is the best part to eat
