Ankylosaurus is a genus of armored dinosaur that lived in the kate cretaceous period.
Ankylosaurus was 30 feet long with a club the size of a basketball It was so heavily armored, so its brain was smaller than an orange. Its name means fused lizard, and its name is pronounced as ain-kai-low-saurus. It was the largest and last of the ankylosaurs. It evolved from a type of armored dinosaurs called the nodosaurs, like Gastonia and Edmontonia.
